Football Beyond Borders announce PayPal Christmas Campaign.
Christmas is just around the corner, but our work and drive to support young people across the country will continue throughout the festive break, thanks to our new partnership with PayPal.
The online payment system have teamed up with Nike and England Lionesses, Lucy Bronze, Nikita Parris, and Georgia Stanway, to ‘Give Better’ through the gift of football this Christmas. For PayPal, the festive season is all about connection and their aim is to effectively give something special from somewhere special so that we can all spread a little more joy at Christmas.
PayPal have pledged to donate £1 to Football Beyond Borders, for every football purchase made through PayPal Checkout on Nike.com. You can give the gift of football this Christmas by visiting the Christmas Gifting page. Here, you will not only bring a smile to someone close to you, but support the work at that we do at FBB. All of the proceeds from this PayPal partnership will help us to continue our support and work with young people across England, and make 2020 our biggest year yet.
Lionesses Stanway, Parris, and Bronze have been working with PayPal to produce videos that demonstrate the power of football as the gift that keeps on giving. “Football has the power to make us feel the same excitement as a kid on Christmas morning. In the videos, the Lionesses remember their first football gifts and surprise and delight young fans by gifting them an updated version of that gift.”
So, whether you are buying a new football, the latest pair of boots, or even a replica of the shirt donned by the likes of Bronze, Stanway, and Parris, you will be helping to support the young people that we work with at Football Beyond Borders.
If you would like to find out more about the partnership or wish to support Football Beyond Borders in another way, please get in touch via our Contact Us Page. Stay tuned across our socials for more updates on the partnerships, and all of the other work we will be doing over the Christmas period.
