Football Beyond Borders is a charity that uses the power of football to inspire young people to achieve their goals. The organisation delivers tailored programmes to young people with low academic achievement and challenging behavior who are passionate about football. We think FBB is the best place in the world to work. If your application is successful, you’ll be working with young people and with staff and volunteers who are deeply passionate about everything that we do.
The FBB methodology combines high quality football coaching with educational and welfare support in the form of group homework and one-to-one mentoring support. Alongside this, participants work towards going on a summer tour. FBB practitioners are teachers, mentors, football coaches and youth workers who share two things in common. They are passionate about football and they are totally committed to supporting young people to achieve their goals and make their voices heard. FBB was built on the passion, commitment and enthusiasm of our staff and volunteers.
