FBB Staff Training in Devon

The month of September heralds the start of another school year and therefore our staff heading to Devon in South West England for our annual staff training.  This year we are working with more projects than ever before, across 20 school projects in total, focusing on some key points including how to create an effective team, the importance of consistency when working with young people and developing an effective strategy for working with schools.

“It was an excellent few days of training in Devon. I felt like the whole team left energised and with the levels of commitment and expertise to deliver impactful FBB schools programmes across this school year. We have a great team of practitioners who will continue to work tirelessly to ensure young people are able to achieve their goals and make their voices heard.”- Jack Reynolds,  Co-Director of Football Beyond Borders.
“It was a fun couple of days, lots of useful information and lots of laughs. It was a really good way to get to know the team in a beautiful setting.”- Sam Bailey, one of our new staff members.
We look forward to welcoming some new staff members to the FBB Family, as well as some returning veterans to our team. We will be publishing staff spotlight articles featuring our team members over the course of this term.
