FBB announces exciting new partnership with Homefans

Football Beyond Borders is proud to announce a new partnership with Homefans, an online service that connects its members to a global community of football fans. Think Airbnb for football – it’s peer-to-peer service enables fans to list, search and book accommodations with locals on match days.

People interested in becoming a host fan will have the ability to sign up through the Homefans website and list their room. Visiting individuals and families can then search the database to find hosts to be matched to, with each visiting fan paying a nightly fee to the host fan. When registering as a host, fans will include information on their hosting situation, the local area and more. Host fans can choose to register as FBB host fans, and through the partnership FBB will receive a % of the fee kindly donated by Homefans – at no cost to the host. This functionality makes it very easy for FBB supporters to make money as hosts whilst also supporting FBB. Anyone interested in finding out more should head to homefans.net

Luke Verbeek, Homefans founder and CEO said:
‘’We are very proud to partner with Football Beyond Borders. It’s amazing to see what FBB is doing around the world. We want to help this great organisation, and unite fans internationally on our new platform. We are looking forward to achieving great things together with Football Beyond Borders, helping them to generate funds for their important projects’’

Jasper Kain, Co-founder and Director of Football Beyond Borders said:
“We are delighted to partner with Homefans. What a wonderful idea bringing people together across borders through their love of football. Using football as a tool to unite communities is what Football Beyond Borders is all about. The Homefans initiative embodies our philosophy and is an innovative way for football fans to make friends and generate funds for themselves and for FBB at the same time. It’s a win-win situation for all parties and we are very happy to be involved.”
